Collaborate is a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) organisation. We offer CAT therapy, supervision, coaching and training.
Collaborate was set up in 2016 by 3 Cambridge CAT therapists. Between us we have over 30 years experience of working with CAT. We wanted to make it easier for members of the public and health care or therapeutic professionals to access CAT therapy and training.
Collaborate is Dr Carol Gregory, Consultant Psychiatrist and CAT therapist and supervisor, Dr Alison Jenaway Consultant Psychiatrist and CAT therapist and supervisor and Rosemary Parkinson, BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and CAT therapist and supervisor.
